I needed to cut plates to cover holes and this was the perfect solution. I scored them with a utility knife (three firm passes) and snapped the metal like cutting glass. I used wet and dry sandpaper to get rid of sharp edges, placed them over the holes I wanted to cover (on garage doors that got hardware removed) and painted to match the door. Perfect and easy solution and I have leftovers to play with.

Well protected with film stuck to one side of each piece and then plastic corners on the stack and secured with wrap. The size and thickness is easy to use. I’ll use it to patch two holes in a vinyl shed.

A bit thick to cut with a hand sheer. I use a Sawzall, cut to size, and formed a dome I needed with about a half inch height by pounding with the right tools. Excellent material!
