My 24V LED power supply died due to failure of the inrush limiter.This was a direct replacement. I noticed the PC board was designed for two of them, but only had one.I installed two and brought the PS back to life.Great product as described!!

I soldered the device in my circuit and it instantly failed (smoked and chipped as you can see in the image). Replaced it and the same thing happened again. I am using it for a power-on softstart circuit to limit the charging current into a 680uf capacitor upon power on. I used it to replace a device that failed after 20 years of use. the ohmic and the current rating of the old device and this one are the same, 10 ohms @25C and 4 amps. this device does not specify the maximum capacitor size it would work with. It is possible that this is a miss application that resulted from insufficient spec information, namely the capacitor size it would work with.

Just wondering why my Iralan modern chandelier light wasn't turn on anymore and after checking and inspect the little box on the fixture i found out this thing is burned, then i replace and soldiered it, in order details is 20pcs but its worth it rather buy again the unit save $$$ for the price of whole light
