I tried 0hz which made no sense, but sounded good. Then tried 8 hz which did not sound good. Set both back to 0. Using on a cheap BT amplifier with 4 speakers running parallel, but have a bigger one coming that will have separate power outputs so i can get more power for each speaker. Hopefully, will work well. Would buy these again. BTW, comes bareboard so i used cardboard and a zip tie to wrap each unit to avoid grounding in my door panels.

After installing these crossovers. All I heard was static under the bass like bad coils in the subs. So I ran the subs with no crossovers, and they sound way better w/o the crossover. Disappointed spend more to get better quality. I was still hearing the highs thru the sub. I went with component crossovers. That did the job.

8 ohm setting seemed to sound better than the 0 ohm for my setup. Going to use these again on another set of speakers.Months later- Pict of the second set of speakers I put these in with excellent results. You can see one of the first speakers I put these in behind to the right. The first one I bought to replace the burned out circuitry in a Klipsch sub. Worked well there too with a separate amp. I’m not sure why others are having issues.

Unprotected board and xover components but SQ is decent and the db switch is a plus

As it does it blocks highs not the greatest but its noticable, from id say low 700hz and up it does a good enough job blocking those signals

This little gem works extremely well with the Bass Shaker (Transducer) I am using with my flight simulator setup. I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews but I am very pleased with it. I have made a small base for it to sit on top of my sub amp. I have set it to 0 HZ for my purpose and it filters all mid and highs out. I wish they made the PCB in black and used the golden type capacitors or made a "luxory" model. Anyway, all in all I am very happy with this purchase and will buy more to have a spare, just in case.

I took a broken jbl 1000 subwoofer and bypassed the burned out amp to make it a passive subwoofer sounds good on running off a 7.1 amp. Iwillbe ordering a couple more soon to use in a speaker build in progress.

Not even close to bass crossovers. These are mid crossovers at best. I would say they probably filter frequencies above 1 or 2 kHz, as opposed to a bass crossover which should be filtering out anything above 2 to 300Hz.
