Product was delivered fast and on time. So simple to install on my 2016 Ford Explorer, just pulled out the old A7 and inserted the new A15. Started up the vehicle and it was done. I tested it out on a nearby freeway that was recently updated with new lanes with new on and off ramps that were just finished in late 2023 and early 2024. The navigation icon use to float off to where the road use to be, but now it was following the new freeway. I was so shocked as I thought it was not going to work. Just driving around town, the speed limits have been right on and have had no issues. I can't wait to take our next trip to see how well it really works, but so far so good.

So far very good. This has broughtmy system up to date and performs as it should which my system was not doing prior to this update.

Since this is the last update for Sync 2, I got it and will keep this SUV for quite a bit longer. This is a whole lot cheaper than navigation in the new Fords with Sync 4; those are now subscription based or it turns into a plain map with no poi, waypoints or navigation routes. That's a showstopper for me and Ford.

The answer and question are above. My car said I needed to replace it so I did. I looks like it’s for navigation but I don’t know how it works or how to make it work or do what it’s supposed to do?Easy to install in the interior of the console

Wow! My old navigation is like new. Plug and play! Well worth it!
