This is a low cost touch screen replacement that's not too hard to install (2016 Mazda MX-5) and fits precisely as expected. It appears to have a more glossy finish compared to the stock display, but it looks good and the touch screen is responsive.

My 2016 Mazda 3 already had this screen installed when I got the car, but the ribbon cable wasn’t installed correctly so the touch screen didn’t work, but I fixed it and it works great, the glass is really nice quality, and it was really easy to do especially with the tool

2016 Mazda Miata MX-5 fits great. The unit is easy to get out of the car. The hardest part is getting the screen off the display. They provide plastic "wedges". I used a pry tool from a previous phone repair to open a space between the glass and silver frame and then used their wedge to get under and go around the edges. Be careful! This is glass you are dealing with. This step took the most time. I took the time to get all the glue and sticky stuff off. Used 91% rubbing alcohol. Once cleaned, screen went on and installed back in car. Product was great and very affordable!

Screen is actually the correct size, but the ribbon cable connection is the wrong size, so the touchscreen will never work again. Just having a clear screen is already better, though, so I won’t return it.

It's a bit finicky to disassemble but installation seemed straight forward except noticed the ribbon cable was slightly off center when dropped into the bezel. This meant it couldn't connect properly to the head unit and touch was only partially registering. Luckily I had ordered 2 of these in case one of them got smashed during install and the second one was not misaligned. Just a word of caution to the manufacturer to do better QC to make sure the ribbon cable is properly aligned Everytime and not installed off center (it was noticable when we put the two replacements on top of each other with the bezels lined up)Once installed properly this new screen works perfectly.
