It’s meant for kids but it works for adults too (I use it myself). I don’t recommend it for adults who throw a solid bunch or are already strong, but it’s great for moms like me who want to have fun and relieve tension/stress while working out. It has a handful of speeds and modes so as I get stronger, I am able to increase the mode/workout. It can be mounted (pieces included) but it doesn’t have to be. Great purchase and I can’t wait until my daughter and nieces are able to use this with me.

Fun little thing for kids, but it’s really meant to stay where you want to keep it not very movable, if you move houses or want to take it with you on travels.

Mounting is a little dicey because it only comes with double sided sticky tape. It does not appear there is any way to mount this with screws. The gloves are a little thin so I would also be careful about punching too hard and hurting your knuckles.

I got this for my nephew so he could practice at home. He just started boxing lessons, and this has been great for helping him work on his coordination. The lights and music make it fun, and it keeps him engaged longer than I expected. Setup was easy, but I made sure to mount it on a solid wall. The built-in battery charges with USB-C, so there's no need to keep it near an outlet. So far, everything works as expected. No glitches or issues.I am including some pictures of the unit I received. I'm doing that because someone had said something about receiving a different product. Mine was as expected.
