Gotta say, this is my new favorite ab machine. I was worries because it is 3x more expensive than other similar ab machines. But the swivel function is worth every penny. I have a brain injury weakness in my hip, and it makes me super nauseous when I do sit ups on my back. This was a perfect solution. No more nausea and it helps strengthen my hip muscle.

Decent chinese made product. The writing on the side that says 5 mins shaper - were stuck on with glue - came off before i even opened the package. Can feel the effect. I think a decent product - too early to tell results.

Works as it says it does, if it does not work for you give is 10-15 tries. Definitely the future here. So many uses from focus to sleep.

Worth every penny for our home gym. My husband and I love this. I have certainly noticed new definition in my abs since using this. Highly recommend for a challenging workout!

It is perfect!! I’ve competed in Bodybuilding shows and my husband is a retired World Class Powerlifter and md we use it everyday. I believe that my abs are coming back because they ase are showing great results from the conditioning of this machine.
