Broke the plug off the original - This was a 5 min. job at most to remove the old and replace with the new.Good value for the money.

Amazon says it fits my truck but it does not. The sensor is probably twice as long as original and the thread size is smaller than original. Apparently they need to checks on engine for coolant temp sensor.

Originally paid more for AC Delco but ordered the cheaper one to use as test on the LS engines .Wound up using this one when the AC failed after a 4 hour run. Spent about 8 hrs thinking i had a short because the gauge quit working and fans stopped . But after extensive ohming of the pigtail and finding 4.7 on one side from ecm and ground changed out temperature control with this one and everything worked . So just because its cheap sometimes dont make it less dependable .
