The foam backing makes it very easy to sand small parts and projects. The corners I find made it very easy to sand into corners. Its flexibility makes it really easy to sand very curvy parts.

The sponge is adequately firm for doing most hand sanding operations, and helps hold water when doing wet sanding. I've used these to do some wet pre-polishing on acrylic and they worked very quickly and effectively at removing saw marks on the edges.The abrasive seems to be holding up fairly well, I'm not a fan that they're all the same color on the back. I like color coding I've seen that another sanding sponges. Additionally the labeling is a little hit or miss, the 2500 grit is barely readable cut off at the edge, where the 500 grit is stamped on there six times, So there's some inconsistency to that, but those are minor complaints.Overall these seem to be a pretty good quality sanding sponge at a reasonable price.

I do a ton of various products that include household DIY, to pyrography and other art mediums such as resin and crafts. You can never have enough sand paper on hand. Whether it’s for patching a hole in the drywall or sanding down the wood I burn art on, it’s easy to use and I love that it comes in various grits so you can use what’s appropriate depending on your application. Better yet, the fact that it can be used for wet sanding when I use resin for example is a huge bonus. This is truly a great set to have on hand as it’s useful for almost any application. Would absolutely purchase again!
