Our refractory cement logs are individually hand crafted and hand painted to provide a lifetime of realism, beauty, and performance. Since these are premium logs you can stack and restack them anyway you like, not like those cheap logs that are pinned together. Additionally, our log "ends" are highly detailed for realism. The 18" set has 5 logs, 24" has 6 logs, and 30" has 7 logs.
Remember, your logs are not burning 90% of the time but they need to look good 100% of the time!

Misleading it doesn't say anything about natural gas logs use, it only runs on propane biggest disappointment ever, and im even 2 logs short I'm so upset

I had some spare parts I was able to hook this up to the existing gas without a trip to the store. It wasnt the easiest log set I have done.It works well with the remote but it really doesnt put out theheat I expected.I looked for a long time at different sets and for the money and being made in the USA it was the best I found.Try to make a decision from this review!Ok, almost a year later and I have had to replace the thermocouple because it would work intermittently. By the time I got it from the manufacturer it was summer……then fall and winter comes and I conservatively have re-lit the pilot 30 times, they then told me that the could be soot on the end of the thermocouple. Wiped it clean and it worked for a few days before it went out again.I have professionally installed 25ish log kits over the years and have never seen anything like this.Good luck finding something thats american made and works.Frustrated retired plumber!!!!

Purchased this because I thought it was top of the line and liked the high heat rating. Disappointed on both counts. For one, it’s not truly a remote start as advertised, as you must light the pilot light located in the very rear for the remote to work. At my age, not an easy task as you still have to hold the control button down for 60 seconds to get it to light. I for one will not leave an open flame, so this has to be done every time starting out lighting it. Once going, the heat produced was minimal, especially compared with my last one. Believe it sits to far back as required by the hard gas connection, so most all the heat goes up the chimney. It also has a annoying whine when gas is turned up past midrange.tried to return it, but was told it can’t have been used, and there’s a 20 percent restocking fee as well. Not sure how you can discover it’s problems without having used it. So we are stuck with a fireplace that's nice to look at.
