The ~1/2in mounting makes it suitable for small spaces (most miniature on/off switches use a 3/4in hole). The only indication of on or off is how far up the button is. That's easy to get used to and not an issue if you have something that lights up or makes a noise. They're well made and bending the connection tabs doesn't cause any issues, as it would with cheaper parts.

They have the same sized spring as a clicky pen. They worked for my custom 3D printed HBC (handlebar control) I have the buttons triggering ground signals to active low relays to trigger hazard lights and my amp for the speakers.you can use a 14mm or 9/16" deep socket or the button itself has flattened edges for grip, but careful, the plastic nuts break easily. so I took a button apart for pics.

Line item in the specifications lists: Mounting Type: Snap In Mount, trust the pictures they are threaded with nut. And with this component I have the problem of the nuts not starting easily on the threads. Easy to cross-thread and damage. Nearly impossible to get started when actually installing and any kind of reach is needed. Tried several units with several nuts, all had trouble. Otherwise like the look & feel of them.
