It can be continuously Power supply your device without worry about taking off the doorbells/ thermostats and low battery, which is time-saving and effort-saving.
For Doorbells
1.Keep adapter unplugged.
2.Install wires from 24 volt adapter into the terminals for your doorbell unit (Simply attach the two exposed copper wires to the doorbell and tighten the screws, regardless of positive or negative polarity)
3.Plug adapter into outlet.
4.Power up and verify your doorbell is receiving necessary power using the accompanying application.
For thermostats
1.Cut off the power of circuit breaker.
2.Install the wire from your 24 volt adapter to the “C” terminal and the other wire to the “RC” terminal. You need to use included jumper and connect from “RH” to “RC” terminals，if HVAC system has a cooling.
3.Plug the power adapter into the socket and turn on the power of the circuit breaker. Install the panel on the thermostat.
- Note: Before purchasing, Please confirm that the voltage and current required by the doorbell are consistent with this power supply. Please consult the Voltage requirements of your doorbell for specific recommendations.
- Dry Location Use Only：Risk of electric shock. It should be avoided using it in a humid environment, only for indoor use. Let your doorbells/thermostats continuously running without interruption. Never lose surveillance again, provide you and your families better protection.

I needed the 24V because of an old doorbell wiring was preventing me from using a ring doorbell in a new position. The 24V and the length that was need was perfect.

Easy to setup in the ring app and Alexa. Simple to wright routines in Alexa. I use it to not only answer the door but to turn on outdoor and indoor lights that are connected to Alexa on a motion detection.

I bought this for my Nest Doorbell Camera Gen 2, and it works perfectly! Since I don’t have an existing hardwired door chime, this served as the sole power source for my doorbell camera.Before installing it outside near the front door, I plugged it into the camera to test its functionality, and it worked flawlessly.I especially appreciate the generous cord length, which made it easy to discreetly route it along the door frame to a hidden electrical outlet near the front door.This product is a great solution for anyone without a hardwired setup!

I purchased this 24v adapter to "hardwire" my security video doorbell that was requiring frequent battery recharging. Since my home does not have an existing hardwired transformer, and I did not want the hastle of installing one, this plug-in item filled my need. Just wired it to the back of my video doorbell, drilled a small hole behind the video doorbell that's mounted outside my door to fit the wire into the house, then plugged into the nearest outlet. Works perfectly and no more battery recharging.

No instructions on which wire is common for the 24 volt transformer, usually both are common wire but on this model one side is common. Had to switch it, for to work with my thermostat... Easy to use plug and go. Plenty of cord to add or remove length.

This has been providing good stable power for my Eufy E340 doorbell camera. Cord was plenty long that I've actually got it running around the corner of my porch and through the wall into my basement.

This works well to replace our old doorbell with a web based tone. Had someone install it for us, he installed it inside by the baseboard near where the doorbell is located outside. He had to thread wires thru the wall. Works well.
