The part arrived today and installation was a piece of cake. Printer recognizes the memory properly and prints fine. I haven't yet had a chance comprehensively test printing speed, but the little I've printed (some complex pages) seemed to output faster than before.Based on some reviews I read, I was worried that this part wouldn't work in my LaserJet Pro M451dw, so I contacted Parts-Quick prior to ordering the part. They promptly replied that it would work, so I ordered it.When I first installed the memory, the printer wouldn't boot completely and I worried. Then I removed and reinstalled the module, this time being even more careful to properly seat it than I was the first time. Happily, the printer came up properly and everything is checking out fine. If you buy this (or any other memory for this printer), be sure to have it seated properly.I'd definitely buy from Parts-Quick again. Prompt service (part arrived a couple of days after I placed the order), and the apparent product quality is fine.

When I received our new HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP printer, I was very disappointed with the printer speed. HP wants a small fortune for this optional memory module. I found this one available through Amason and the price was very attractive. I was amazed at the printer performance improvement! The product shipped promptly and installed in minutes. Great value.

Unfortunately my printer can't use this memory. There's a DIMM door and lots of reviews about how adding memory improves performance so I bought this memory. But when I opened the DIMM door and tried to install the memory I couldn't find the socket. I reviewed the technical documents and there SHOULD be a socket but when I pulled the exterior cover off (not the DIMM cover) there's no socket! Weird! Before you buy make sure you can see a socket.

Way better price than the HP memory. No errors.

Istalled in my HP MFP M475dw (also bought through Amazon)No more out of memory problems and easy to install. Fits perfectly in the outer empty slot just inside the plastic access door. Make sure the card clips are in place, (will make more sense when you remove the access door to view the slot and clips). For the printer to recognize the memory, you can find online instructions on the HP website under the support and drivers tab. Download the 'User Guide', not the abreviated quick setup guide and go to page 236. (I tried to paste the exact website for the User Guide into this review but Amazon deleted it).The seller Parts-Quick had it to me in two days without paying expidited shipping.

When I checked out HP's price on RAM, I nearly flipped out of my chair. I searched on Amazon and found this chip and read the reviews. For $20 bucks, what can you say. So I ordered the chip, installed it ran the update config and boom, I had 384MB (max for the HP LaserJet 400 M451dn color model). I printed a few pages and it did not seem to be any faster, but then I printed a document that had color fonts and a few images and it printed faster than I had anticipated. Before I knew it, the print job was done. I was impressed. Now if I can just find a better way to cut down on toner costs, I'll be all setup.

All of a sudden out of nowhere my printer decided not to print a bank card statement and was giving me a low/insufficient memory problem. I saw this online and purchased more memory. Came quickly. Installed easily. Solved my problem. Highly recommend.

The only benefit was it filled an empty slot in the printer. Was printing a 90 page document with loads of images-3 hours to complete. With 256MB memory still 3 hours to complete.
