These are good, well priced looping shears. They work well on Rachel’s up to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

These shears are awesome for helping with gardening. They perform how you’d expect them to.. awesome operation and very sharp. Super easy to use and fairly light weight so anyone can really operate these. Definitely recommend.

He had quit a bit of small tree limbs on the ground and used this trimmer to cut branches from them into shorter lengths. I'd say the branch sizes were less than 1.5". Some may have been fatter, not sure. It's sharp, was basically effortless to use. Said he'd buy it again.
