For the longest time, I just used an old c-clamp on my calipers along with a separate set for rewinding pistons on a couple of older vehicles. This does both tasks very well and very quickly. I've used it on three vehicles this month. The tool is solidly built and makes the job so much easier that it's easily worth the purchase price (a bit over $50, with coupon and promotion, at the time of this review).

Following a single use, the product failed completely, preventing brake job completion. I recommend a significant product redesign to improve its functionality. It does not maintain sufficient pressure against the piston; pressure is lost after approximately half a turn. While the concept is promising, the design is flawed. I cannot recommend this product to anyone

So much better than a few other styles I've tried. This makes compression so easy. High quality materials and strong and definitely durable and will take a good beating. A great tool for the shop. 10/10

This brake caliper piston tool makes brake jobs quick and hassle-free. The press-and-rotate handles let you compress pistons easily, cutting down on time and effort. Built from durable high-hardness alloy, it’s tough enough for heavy use, and the sandblasted surface resists wear. Whether you’re a DIYer or just looking to save on mechanic bills, this tool works with most single-piston disc brakes and is super user-friendly. A solid addition to any car maintenance toolkit!

The tool is cheaply made with low quality materials. You can keep the rod from being extended with your hand. I do not recommend this product.

Our son has a Honda Civic that I've changed brakes on several times. Each time, we could never find the stupid little metal adapter to wind the caliper piston back, so we'd always end up blowing $10-$15 running to the parts store. I hate dealing with those things. Gotta be careful otherwise it pops out of the holes and I end up raking my knuckles. This Pesiko piston rewind tool was a godsend. I have another piston compression tool that I use on our other cars, so this combines that with the adapters. The tool feels well-built and worked for us as expected. Had a slight learning curve to do it smoothly, but once we figured it out, easy peezy. No issues with it so far. Comes with a whole slew of adapter discs, so it should work with pretty much any car that requires the piston being rewound.

I recently did a DIY rear brake job on my car to save a ton of money. I did one side before the tool arrived. My pads were pretty worn out so the piston was pretty much fully extended. I have a rear brake tool set but you have to manually turn it to compress the piston. Not only does it take a long time, it is torture on your hands and wrists. However, this tool arrived before I compressed the piston for the next side and it was night & day difference! So much better and faster! It is still a manual tool, so some effort will be required but a much more comfortable and consistent motion! Very satisfied! A must have for your auto DIY arsenal!!
