This is an absolutely amazing brush clearing tool. Don’t believe the negative reviews. First understand that this blade has to be lightweight to be able to use it with a weed trimmer. So you can’t abuse it, by running it into rocks, the ground, fence wire etc. I used it to clear grasses, heavy greenbriers and saplings up to 2-2 1/2†with ease,, you just can’t force it,, give it time to cut,, and it will!!! After using it for a few hours today it was cutting just as well as when I put it on. And for the amount of brush I cut,,and the price of this 2 pack purchase,,I would have been satisfied with it, even,,, if I had destroyed it. It made clearing brush so much easier, especially keeping me away from the thorns with the long shaft on the trimmer! Very satisfied!!!!

I got these for cutting down some huge overgrown poke weeds and Tree of Heaven that found it's way into our garden this year. I like that these came with various bushings so I could attach it to both my gas and electric trimmer which use different size spindles. The teeth are sharp and once it's up to speed I think it will have no trouble with the soft wood/stringy weeds.According to the video review this design was one of the best performing per dollar, and the guy was zipping through trees more aggressively than I would. I also have to worry about the accidental hitting of metal and rock, and this one fared well.

I absolutely like the concept and the design of the conversion kit, it even says in the description that it works with EGO string trimmers. Before I ordered it I checked on YouTube for videos installing on EGO string trimmers and watched 3 and decided that this would work for me. As anyone knows that has volunteer trees coming up on their property from Hackberry to Ash It is a pain to bend over with a reciprocating saw on ones knees and spend a lot of time cutting them down and clearing them out. I've used saw blades on string trimmers before, gas powered brand name heavy duty and they work great but I don't have them any longer and have switched to all electric battery powered. This kit will not work on my Power 15" + Powerload EGO String trimmer at all, none of the parts will fit or work so don't waste you time. I 'm not sure what kind of EGO string trimmer were on the 3 videos I watched but it definitely wasn't like mine.

These blades work exactly as described and I am very pleased with the purchase. I have a very large property with approximately 3.5 acres of wooded land. The blade works well in thick undergrowth and will cleanly cut heavy weeds and still give you a good cutting on heavy vines and bushes. I have no problem recommending this product. It is well worth the price.

I recently purchased these blades for my trimmer, and they've proven to be a fantastic investment for clearing brush, thick weeds, and even small saplings. The installation was straightforward, and the blades fit perfectly on my Stihl trimmer, making it easy to tackle a large, overgrown area on my property. These blades cut through tough vegetation with ease. However, I would advise avoiding contact with hard surfaces like fences, as that can damage the blades.The blades are durable and well worth the price for the cutting power they provide.
