I love these cards They help makes suggestions for which workout to do. Especially as a person not really sure what to choose. It's fun, easy friendly and your never know until you flip card of your work out for today. I love it. Easy to read. Very original and organized. Size as displayed.

I truly enjoy being able to customize my workout according to my daily, weekly, and monthly needs. I typically lay out my cards at night and then simply get up the following day, turn on some fabulous music, and hit my workout. I can do a total body workout or just hit the body parts I want in the time I have allotted each day. I like to mix the bodyweight & dumbbell workout cards when exercising. Upon ordering, I received a link to download 20 other FREE fitness/nutrition documents to aid my fitness quest. If this company had a part two or part three of this product, I would DEFINITELY make the purchase!

Many options. Good quality. I punched a hole in them so I could create workouts. Some of the moves I'm not sure are safe for a chubby chick for me, but then again that's why I got them. Hahaha

The cards are helpful for working out. I love that the sellers sent me a stretching guide electronically also. It has been a great help. I am a kind of person who needs a guide on working out and stretching.

Bought these to help build my home workouts. There is a great variety of workouts (high quality photos and instructions on each card). Additionally, there are cards that have full sets built out (eliminating the stress of having to start from scratch).

What I like most about these cards is that they are bigger than other cards I have bought. They are very easy to see, easy to hold and easy to handle. These cards offer many different exercises to choose from. This was a very good purchase.

Great quality cards. The front side illustrations are clear, and reverse side instructions helpful. However, these cards off-gas. Would love a non-coated set.

Me gusta el sistema de cartas. Solo mirarlas desde el sofá te va concienciando para comenzar a realizar ejercicio. Aunque tardes unos dÃas en comenzar mirarlasre pone en camino. Además te enseña ejercicios que no sabes y te abre la mente.
