Considering the price, this kit is a bargain. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of light I can get from these panels. My only complaint is that as a tall person the included light stands are too short, giving me an under lighting effect if I'm standing up. Otherwise, it's a great budget bit of kit.

Worked great… For about 30 minutes or less. Then I turned it off and went to turn it back on a little while later and it just completely stopped working. I had to play around with the plugs and plug and unplug them several times before I got them to work again. And this is how it’s been for the last week since I’ve been using them. They work great and then once I turn them off, I panic that they won’t turn back on because it will take several attempts of plugging and unplugging and changing the slots to get them to go back on. But so far they always have, and I just need to give myself a little extra time to account for that. Otherwise, they work great. They’re super sturdy and the lighting is really strong, but you can also adjust it and it’s just really nice. So overall, they are great, but I do wish the tripods went higher because I’m using them with a third tripod that holds my iPad instead of using the phone holder they include, because the phone holders don’t extend enough to fit my iPod. So I’d really like these lights to go over my iPad, but the tripods just don’t extend enough. Overall, they are decent so I gave them three stars, but the plug issue, and the height of the tripod made me take off a couple of stars. The tripod height is fairly standard I think, but I know they make higher tripods because I have them and it would be really nice if these lights went higher.
