I was looking for a thermostat to control cooling fans in a DIY power station. Took a little tinkering to work in my application. Works great, I will use again in the next power station I build.

It's nice and work, but if you will try to understand the schematic in order to make this to work, good luck. The information It's not there at all you will need a little patience and be devoted to find info and make to work but after you will like this device.

Not even a simple wiring diagram or labels for the 4 connections was supplied.(can always connect wires randomly and hope you don't fry it or yourself)I have purchased this same item from others - so I could dig out the simple instruction sheet from a previous purchase off EBAY, If you don't have that luxury your out of luck with this seller.These controllers also have 8 internal setting that can be adjustedfor use in Heating/Cooling,Temp diff for triggered relay, high &low limits, temp corrections to calibrate ....Without the simple small but useful instruction sheet - you wont be able to use them

These work great in tandem with a cpu fan. However, there is a learning curve to setup. Also be very careful to not short them. They will fry quick.

Both of the units I received are not functioning. I've tested them on 3 different variable voltage power supplies. And the capacitor shown in the photos of the advertisement is not there which is the main reason I purchased from this seller. I'm replacing them to see if they send ones with the capacitors.

Longer probes available is great. The longer probes seam more accurate.
