Overall, I like this better than a manual model I had. However, if you use it with a brush on the end, the suction is weak at the brush. If I use it without a brush, suction is good at the solid end. I noticed that when using the brush on some fine bottom silt, a silty water cloud would form, and not all of it would be sucked in. Overall, I still like it and I like how it turns on automatically when submerged, and it is relatively easy to dump the ditritus picked up.

I obtained this cordless pool vacuum to help clean my 28" round above-ground pool. We live next to a creek with a lot of trees, so debris constantly falls into our pool. The pool filter and skimmer obviously help round up the debris, but the smaller stuff that settles on the pool floor gets annoying to clean with a regular pool vacuum.This cordless pool vacuum definitely makes that part of our pool maintenance easier. No more fussing with vacuum hoses and the pool pump/filter. I just take this little stick vacuum into the pool, walk around while vacuuming the pool floor, and I'm done in minutes. The only wish I had was that the canister ("dust bin") was larger. Sometimes, days can go by before I get a chance to clean the pool, and so when I vacuum, I have to stop and empty the canister a few times rather than doing the entire pool in one shot. A minor complaint, but it is annoying.Overall, I would recommend this cordless pool vacuum to make cleaning your pool less of a chore.

This vacuum is a perfect size for spa it has small heads that can suction the dirt in the corner easily. It is auto start no switch once insert into water it will automatically start. It also comes with a set of manual clean tools very worth it.

It's useless. First, it can't be connected to a long pole. Second, even if I bend over to reach the pool bottom, the sucking function is very weak. Returning.

Preliminary review:This rechargeable pool vacuum cleaner does the job- it is not a substitute for a booster powered vacuum or a manual vacuum attached to the skimmer, but very useful for spot cleaning of that annoying leaf or collection of grass clippings that the primary cleaner missed. It vacuums up dirt, small leaves, and similar debris quickly. Battery life is good. It has an extendable handle and reaches the bottom of my ~5 foot deep pool, although I have to be in the pool with it to reach the central part of the pool bottom.In addition to the cleaner and accessories shown on the Amazon page, it comes with a half-scale skimmer with 3 part pole, and a scrub brush for cleaning the walls. These are of flimsy construction but may be useful for a short time.I would not use the "powerful" label on this device as much as the marketing department does, but it is perfectly adequate for what it is intended for.I'll update if there are any problems with longevity or deterioration of performance. So far, all is good.
