Excellent quality from Yellow Lifting. If there name is on it, you can trust it!!Used to distribute the load on a 3” ratchet strap.I now trust this brand for all my lifting supplies! Quick shipping from NJ although they stated the delivery will be slower.

I purchased 2 of these a few months age, some how over the summer I lost a nut and retainer pin. They were able to quickly send me replacements! I appreciate the service after the sale. I also think these are high quality pieces.

Simple; effective. Using this as upper anchor for a 1 ton hoist attached to (2) lifting straps. This is a fixed system with minimal lateral movement.

Fundamentally, this will get the job done. It has a reasonably smooth, hot dip galvanized finish. The pin pin to shackle clearance is quite acceptable, so you aren’t fighting to get the pin in while keeping the strap or load in place, and it appears to match its rating. The only weak part, that I won’t even mark down, is that the pin is retained by a snap pin like you would often see holding 3 point tractor hitch implements in place. Just a bunch smaller. The bail on this pin is not as positive as I would like to see. It doesn’t even hold the bail tight to the pin. (Now I need to go check one, and see if their just installed them with the bail flipped the wrong way, and I didn’t think to try the other way). Anyway, it worked with the pin installed as shipped, just maybe not as positively retained as it should be. Might be a trivial fix, and if not, easy to replace the spring bail pin.
