So, I’ve got a cat wheel. Yes, you read that right... it's like a feline hamster wheel. My cat loves to run in it, but I wanted to give him a little extra fun. What better way than by attaching LED strip lights so he could chase them as he spun around, right? But here’s the catch: I didn’t want a bunch of cables tangling up as the wheel turned. That’s where these VISDOLL JST SM 3 Pin Connectors came in.I had a brilliant idea—why not use these connectors to attach the LED strips to the wheel and keep them securely in place? On one side of the wheel, I attached the lights to the copper strips I had running around the perimeter. The other side? I used some electrical contact brushes to keep everything in constant contact with the copper, no matter how fast the wheel spun.These connectors worked like a charm! I used them to connect the brushes to the power adapter, and it all came together perfectly. Now, every time my cat runs on the wheel, the lights lead him while he's chasing them around in a blur of colors. It’s like he’s in his own little light show, and honestly, it’s been the most fun thing I’ve done for him in a while. Not much to say about these. I needed more connectors for my LED projects and this big bag of connectors fit the bill. You get the male and female sides of the pairs, so you can have leads from the controller and from the strips which is great. Strongly advise you to look at your strips and controllers and see which comes from which because I was making an array of strips and got the connectors backwards.I suspect that these are made by the same manufacturers that make all the connectors included in the various inexpensive kits you find on Amazon because they're pretty much identical.

If you are interested in 24 AWG 3 pin JST cables these will work fine. If you are looking for 20 AWG 3 pin JST cables look elsewhere. Check the guage before use.

These connector pairs from VISDOLL are a pretty good deal at $9.99 for 30. Too bad they're not 20AWG -- the insulation is quite thick, but I measured the underlying wire at only 24AWG. They will work fine for some of my projects, but you need to know what you'll actually be getting. If you can use 24AWG, you'll be pleased to know that all 30 pairs I received are of consistently good quality, with no loose or broken connectors. Would have been five stars for the right product.

Not much to really say, they work very well and have a lot of uses if you know what you are doing.Easy to apply and install. Great quality as well. not one of them broken or loose wires.Works great for adding a detachable multi battery pack to RC vehicles or trains.Will be buying more.
