I installed these crossovers in this DIY boom box and was very pleased with the sound quality and performance. I haven't done any measurements as to the actual frequencies sent to the woofer or tweeters, but I haven't felt the need to since it sounds great. Easy to install, I liked the enclosure the crossover is in, solid build, handles the 220 watts I'm putting through each one. Nice to be able to have great results without the hassle of trying to design and build my own xover.

I have a 2014 Corolla with aftermarket JBL component speakers in the front. The Corolla didn't have a crossover originally and the one that came with the JBL speakers was having issues causing the speakers to cut in and out. Without the crossover the speakers would work but completely lack any bass.This crossover fixed these issues completely. It sounds just as good or better than the JBL crossover, but without the reliability issues.The size was a bit surprising (though the item description is correct, 5.6 x 3 x 1.4 inches), it was two times larger than the JBL crossover, but I was still able to fit it inside the car door without issues.Very happy with the results. Installation was simple, though it did not come with mounting screws.

I was actually impressed with the way these cleaned up the sound on my rear speaker setup. Currently I'm running Rockford Fosgate Prime 6x9 two way in the bottom and infinity reference 4x6 in the top. I know it sounds bizarre but I've been experimenting with different low-budget components for a while. I mounted these in the rear doors of my Chevy Silverado extended cab. I mounted the crossovers temporarily drilling two holes and zip tieing them in place for now. I will permanently secure them with screws in the near future.I don't run an amp yet, just a Pioneer DEH stereo with a 4x50w MOSFET that produces around 24 watts RMS actual per channel, according to test data. It's a fantastic unit with an incredible array of adjustability features as far as tuning each individual speaker output dB, EQ, etc. Great stereo for under $200.Reincorporating the 4x6s into the sound mix was a huge step up in terms of clarity and quality. With these crossovers, the 6x9s handle the low frequencies and the 4x6s handle the rest, and it sounds fantastic. Much better clarity and bass than just the 6x9 two ways, and obviously better than just the 4x6s by themselves.Now I've decided that the Rockford Fosgate Primes are too weak in the bass department for my taste, so I ordered a pair of 10" Skar audio loudspeakers that should do a much better job for a fantastic price here on the Big A. Manufacturer says the functional frequency range goes down to 50 hertz, which should be fine. I plan to add an under seat 10 inch subwoofer later on, but for now this is my setup, and I'm happy. The 10s will make it even better. Adding a little improvement at a time is nice. It makes you appreciate the finer differences between one setup and another, and you don't have to spend a lot of money.

Installed the Audiopipe 2-way crossover for an old school set up. This was my 1st time running passive crossovers. The install was easy and gives me the ability to run two 6x8s and two tweeters off of 2 channels on my 4 channel amp. This is a test setup, so I will rate the sound quality when my component speakers arrive.

They are big chonky units but they do sound great. Using 2 of them in bookshelf speakers in my home audio setup and sounds amazing with the audiopipe cvr6 6 inch subs.
