I was so excited about this item. We finally out it together and the top wouldn't like up. Did a chat with their assembly support and was told I assembled wrong....undone everything, reassembled and SAME THING! I initiated a return but fell sick and missed deadline. Explained the situation to a representative and asked for at least a replacement and was DENIED. Had it all lined up during assembly, I think it would have been a nice looking, sturdy firepit and the perfect size for my area but instead I got scrap metal 🤦â€â™€ï¸

The frame will bend easily so be careful because it’s made with very thin metal. It is a nice size though. We lit it for the first time last night and it served the purpose.

Overall this firepit is as expected. Very simple and looks pretty. Metal is thin but that’s why its more inexpensive. I’m very dissatisfied with the metal mesh cover though. It came damaged, almost looks like the color peeled off and they tried to glue some type of plastic over it to mask it but failed miserably. Might end up returning because it looks pretty bad plus I paid full price, shouldn’t be getting damaged items.

One of the leg plates was manufactured upside down. To make it fit I had to redrill it. The plate went through the manufacturing process upside down, however whomever put the sticker on it put it on the wrong side also. Not great quality control haven't had a fire in it since it arrived late and it's raining.

we have discovered that while we like this style (due to the removable pan), we wear the pan out & can never find a replacement, so we end up having to buy a whole new fire pit every couple of years as the bottom starts to fail. that being the case, this is a nice cheap option we expect to last just a couple years (we use it a lot).
