This is a wonderful Baking Set for Stamping, embossing and cutting Pastry, cookies, breads and biscuits. The stamps and cutters are a classic design. This set is just a wonderful addition to my other Stamps and cutters. I like the wooden Handles and weight of the stamps. I’m working on doing sour dough Breads and biscuits so these will help a lot for artistic breads. The 5 biscuit cutters come with a clamp to hold the together. The wooden handles are not removable on the stamps. The only thing I didn’t like was the set came with no markings or washing instruction's. So I wouldn’t put the stamps in a dish washer. I’m not sure of the metal content but they look like aluminum or stainless steel. I can’t speak for durability but they are well made and sturdy. I am so happy I ordered these. I give this product 4 stars. It would have been 5 stars had they been marked for dishwasher safe or came with some sort of paperwork.
