This is a lightweight, high-quality snake hook. The materials are excellent. It is really easy to assemble and use. This is definitely not for your rosy boa size snake. Perfect for use in the field!

I ordered this because our family is the go to whenever a neighbor finds a snake and wants it removed. This is exactly what I needed! It is really, really long; the telescoping parts simply twist into place and stay put. It's lightweight, yet strong, so if I am picking up a large/heavy snake, the combined weight will not be too much. I am very pleased, and look forward to using it!
