Needed to make 1/2" holes through concrete blocks to install a mounting bracket. Used with a cheap hammer drill. Make fast, neat holes. Even came in a nice protective "case". Highly recommended.

Picked this up for the specific task of running solar lines through the wall of my house. Worked beautifully. Managed to run the solar lines into my 124 year old house in no time. I did not notice any bending or breakage in the process. For the price this was definitely an impressive find.

Lots of times having a longer masonry bit can really help on the job. The extra reach can make it possible to get through thicker material or into a location that would otherwise be unreachable. So, I was happy to give this big 3/4†diameter 12†long bit a try. I have to say I am happy with the performance of this masonry drill bit. It is built well, and it drills in hard materials like brick (clay brick) as good as any masonry bit I have used. It appears the tip is very hard as it is not rounding off. It must really be carbide and I always prefer carbide for hardness. I would categorize this masonry drill bit as a premium bit that is ready for tough tasks. I am satisfied with the job it does and its durability.
