If you have a Sega Genesis model 1 and are looking to change out your power LED light, then look no further!Genesis 1 power LED’s need to be replaced sometimes due to age as they lose brightness. Also, if the console has been opened a bit, the constant movement to get the legs off the connector can break them as they get brittle (like what happened to me).I bought these after looking up the size (3mm) though when they came, I was skeptical as they looked a little too small.But when I was able to remove the ring around the unit (YouTube tutorials will tell you how) and take the old one out, it matched perfectly.Just dropped the new one in, connected up the legs (you don’t need to solder on the model 1, just slide the LED legs in the connector without trimming, and just bend the legs to the sides), and I was good to go!I dare say it looks even BRIGHTER than the one that originally came with the unit!So if you’re looking to replace that worn out old LED for the Sega Genesis model 1, look no further!

I haven't tested all 120 of them individually, but I've used a dozen or so of them, and so far they have all worked as expected. Hard to beat the price!

These are the perfect LED for replacing small incandescent light bulbs in model railroad cars and locomotives as long as you use a resistor in series. They are very bright and the color is perfect.

They’re exactly what it says on the tin. 3mm in diameter. Red in color. Light-emitting diodes. Bring your own current-limiting resistors. The leads take solder well, and I haven’t personally managed to kill one with heat, but a clip-on heatsink is still recommended. Be safe out there!

Bought multi color led bulb with 3V rating. The yellow and red burned out and couple exploded. Beware buyers!

These LEDs are nice and bright for their 3mm size. Be careful not to drive them at too high a voltage/current, they burn out.
