I bought the Kitchen Aid dicer attachment for the stand mixer and it works well but when I try to dice ham it jams up. I dice a lot of ham so just looking at how this was constructed out of die cast metal I figured it was sturdy.Just using only the center feed hole and not forcing the ham thru, it worked quite well. I diced 10 lbs. quickly. Now there was ham that did not come out the chute but for the most part it was diced minced combination . After the ham I did green peppers and it worked well with the same amount of pepper left inside the cutting area. Not a big deal to clear out. Will see how machine holds up for the long term.

This is a well constructed dicer. It will not look pretty on the countertop, but the company can certainly make it in more colors. It was easy to unpack and the instructions were detailed to a fault. We diced and shredded a number of veggies and not all of them fared well. setting up, disassembly, washing was not too onerousA+ dicing= Carrots, potatoes, cucumber, onions. zucinni, butternut squashC- dicing= tomatoes.C- slicing string beansB+ for french friesA+ for shredding potatoes, carrots.On rhe whole this machine does a great job of dicing shredding and slicing firm vegetables. Floppy and soft ones like beans not so much. Sinch we are vegetarians with string beans and shredded spinach and kale forma major part of our diet, this was not for us and we returned it.There are many "food processors" like these nowadays and the market is growing. Better engineering will solve some of these issues. However I still think its a great machine for ceratin familes

Me encanta, se hizo la producción de cebolla, usualmente habÃamos utilizado un tamaño de cuadros más pequeño al que viene en este artÃculo, aún asà me pareció buen tamaño, se cortaron alrededor de 50 lb entre 30 minutos y 1 hr por ser la primera vez es un tiempo muy muy bueno, manualmente eso tomaba mucho tiempo. También la utilizamos para rebanar rábanos, creà que las cuchillas no podrÃan con eso pero fue muy fácil, las cuchillas son muy filosas, también cortamos repollo y fue un tamaño adecuado, en general fue de muchÃsima ayuda, espero que el artÃculo resista el trabajo continuo.

We bought this to chop vegetables for our dogs' meals. It effectively chops medium hard veggies like zucchini and squash but mangles bell peppers and green beans, and didn't work well with harder veggies like carrots. Wish it came with a bigger cubing blade - the largest one is fairly small and wouldn't be good for soups or other human meals. Also a lot of the veggies get trapped inside when you are done so cleaning takes a bit with a chopstick and making sure you are super careful as the blades are super sharp. it is a sturdy machine and the buttons etc work as intended.

I have low vision and need help chopping vegetables. I love to cook but feared hand chopping. This machine is perfect for me. I do have to cut vegetables to a size that fits the chute but this is doable. I LOVE this chopper.

So far so good. We buy a bunch of veggies, chop them, bag them and throw them in the freezer. One thing to keep in mind. I thought I was being very careful and did not wear the gloves. That was a mistake. The second time I cut my finger, and you will cut yourself, I decided to head the warning and wear them. The slicer blade is razor sharp. We are enjoying saving time on the meal prep.

Fonctionne avec les carottes, ou les pommes de terre, mais pour le reste ça fait de la purée... Au début ça fonctionnait bien mais les couteaux se sont vite mis à ne plus couper... Malheureusement je ne trouve aucune pièces.
