We wanted a slicer to use for venison. This slicer does a great job for steak. We also thin sliced meat for venison jerky. All the pieces are uniform and it’s way faster than slicing by hand. The only drawback is the settings are in metric which I didn’t realize until we got it. Not a huge deal as I printed a cheat conversion chart for myself and put it inside a cupboard door. Cleaning is very easy.

Easy to set up and easy to use. I was able to slice a roasted turkey breast at the desired thickness quickly and safely. Clean up was easy as the platform and blade can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled quickly and easily. Thus far, very happy with my purchase.

I have had several slicers, and I acquired this one to replace a broken one. This one has a strong 200w motor that slices through frozen food, but what impressed me is the cleaning of it. This machine can be disassembled completely and put in the dishwasher!!! The rod comes off as well, which is one of the most difficult parts to clean and maintain lubricated. No more cleaning my slicers on the counter. This machine was designed with maneuverability and cleaning in mind. This design is unique!!!

Just received it and tried it out, no problems. Sliced a cooked steak, a tomato, and a raw roast, all sliced very well and thin. Very easy to clean, comes apart nice. Wish it came with a spare blade, hopefully this one will stay sharp for a while.

I cut a pork tenderloin tonight. One size for eating tonight. Thinner for sandwiches this week. Easy to use. Good warranty. Just the right speed... not slow but not dangerously fast.

I have a meat smoker in my backyard and have been looking into getting a new meat slicer as my old one stopped working after about 10 years. After I did a lot of research I bought this one and it’s light years better than my old one. It cuts meat into any size you need and is incredibly easy to use. I bought some brisket and used the meat slicer to make the thinnest most delicious beef jerky I ever had. If you are looking for a meat slicer you should definitely get this one!

I ordered this slicer to slice Roast Beef, I immediately took the prepared Roast form the refrigerator and started slicing very thin slices I was amazed that this 200 watt machine didn’t slow down when slicing my roast. After making myself a delicious Roast Beef sandwich, I cleaned the machine , very easy to clean and impressed at the Quality of this machine I would recommend this slicer to any home owner .
