This seven inch LED conversion kit works amazing on my Casablanca Stealth. Seven inches is all the stealth carousel will allow anyway or else I would have purchased the eight inch instead. (GO HARD OR GO HOME)The original bulb that Casablanca provided simply doesn't put out enough light; this sucker provides more light than I had ever anticipated. It's a fairly easy install requiring a little bit of enginuity and a trip to ACE hardware for $5.90 worth of hardware for a proper install. Only time will tell how long it actually lasts. The LED's themselves will last years; the resistors that make the LED's work never last as long. My whole house is outfitted with Casablanca Stealths. I will eventually convert them all.

OK, you are probably researching how to change or upgrade your new hunter fan with a LED light.. Let me tell you that I love Hunter fans but I absolutely hate the LED lights included.. they are weak, dim and look "redish". Why even have a light if it doesn't light up a room? We called Hunter and they said we had to live with the light that came with it. So, i did the research and we found this light.. a very good light for several reasons: 1: it comes in comes in "Daylight" which is 5000k which puts out very nice, cheerful light not that depressing "living in a cave by orange firelight" .. 2: It draws 24 whats which is the equivalent of about 120 watts of old style real light bulb output. 3: it's heavy duty.. and it is designed to be used in a lighting fixture or fan.. I am a retired electrical engineer and I know good quality when i see it.. The other brands I tied were more like toys that you stick on your wall and have a cheap, in line plastic power adapter box. This light has the power supply circuitry built into the the light module... OK, how to install it: It was easy for me because the existing light module in the hunter fan I have runs on 120VAC. and this module also runs on 120VAC.. All I had to do is remove the old module cut the black and white wires and splice in the new module.. I used wire nuts and made sure I twisted the wires together before i installed the wire nuts then electrical tape. Also, I had to drill new holes in the fan housing to fit the new light. I used the fan lens for a pattern for the cavity above it to make a template to drill the holes. Worked like a charm.. OK some tips: Before you mod your fan make sure you understand how to work with household wiring or find someone who does, verify that the old light module is 120VAC, do this mod on a table if you can rather than on the light as it hangs. And lastly, if this works, buy an extra for the future when it finally wears out.. that way you don't have to drill more holes for another light module. Note: all LED lights say they last 40000 hours but they don't tell you that they reduce in brightness as time passes (4-5 years) .. so buy and extra.... I hope this helps you as I wish someone else would noted all this before I did all the research.

Leads are a little short for installation but it's easy enough to fix. Works well on dimmer switch and good price.

This is thicker than I wanted, but I was able to make it work. This went into a Christmas tree star topper. I might have been able to to not use the clear plastic cover but I wanted to protect the PCB from any shorts. But from a product standpoint, the color was accurate and the functionality and size were accurate.

The item I received was the item I ordered. Unfortunately, not all of the individual LEDs lit up, but Amazon customer service made things right. I would not hesitate to order the product again and hope for a fully functioning light.

I installed it in place of regular bulb and it is very bright you can even dim the lightRoom got so bright compared two regular 60 watt bulb

La lámpara trae un set de tornillos y un accesorio para que se pueda fijar de acuerdo a la necesidad de instalación. No me tarde ni 15 mini en colocar el repuesto y funcionó!!! Ya habÃa probado con otra marca pero la luz no se regulaba adecuadamente. Esta lámpara es 100% dimeable.
