These are great little personal size tart pans! They are strong, but not too thick or heavy. They held up well in the oven. At only eighteen cents apiece, they are very reasonably priced. I will buy these again.

I got these to make a batch of individual quiche servings for a senior who didn't feel up to making meals for herself every day. And for this use, they were perfect.The serving size is good for a light meal - and it is super easy to make, freeze, and reheat directly in the parchment without contributing foil (which cannot be microwaved) or plastic (which is ... plastic) to landfills

These were great for tarts I did for a bake sale. Worked really well. Kind of like a thicker parchment paper material. They held up nicely. They were the size of about a quarter of a pie. God didn’t stick to them. Very light weight.

I was expecting these to be the right size for individual cinnamon rolls, but they were not deep enough to allow for rising. They'd probably be perfect for quiche or large cookies. Surprisingly very sturdy and could be used alone, not a liner.

I really like these for single serving crustless mini quiche. Bake in oven and reheat in microwave. Hold their shape well and quiche releases easily.

I prefer getting my eggs in cartons of egg whites since real hen fruit is messy. I've found that these pans are the perfect size for cooking the egg whites in the microwave. The cooked egg white is the exact size to fit on whole wheat muffins.I do have to "grease" the pan with olive oil to keep the egg whites from sticking to the pan (butter or oil could be substituted. I pour about 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of olive oil into the pan (I eyeball it) and use a finger to rub it into the corrugations on the side of the pan, pour how ever much egg white I want into the pan (usually 1/2 to almost full), then microwave for 2minutes when half full and 2 1/2 minutes when almost full. The egg white will expand to three times or more its volume while cooking but will shrink back down when it cools.I after salting and peppering the egg white, I place one half of the muffin on top of the egg white, then blip both over onto a paper towel on a paper plate, then lift off the pan and toss it in the trash (it could be reused if cooking more than one sandwich). I then salt and pepper the now top side of the egg white, then place the other half of the muffin on top of the sandwich.Besides being delicious, there is no mess to clean up afterwards. I usually can reuse the paper plate.

Habe die Papierförmchen für Mini - Linzertörtchen und Mini - Quiches verwendet. Sowohl die Törtchen als auch die Quiches konnten beim Verzehr super aus der Form gelöst werden. Ein Festbacken konnte ich nicht feststellen. Ich hatte sie allerdings zu Beginn ein wenig mit Butter eingefettet und Mehl bestäubt. Wie in der normalen Kuchenform auch. Ich würde sie immer wieder kaufen.
