Bought as a replacement to the original. The original was corroded enough that it didn’t really ever stop completely. This replacement stopped completely. The quality is not the same as the original as the faucet is plastic. The bar of the float appears to be brass. Nevertheless, it is an improvement over the broken one that was replaced.

This worked well for about 6 months and then a crack formed in the seam of the plastic, letting water in. Taking it apart, it is thick plastic but just had a thin area near the crack that could only be seen after it failed. May buy another of the same, but currently just manually leveling the pool.

Valve wouldn't shut off, even if you pulled up on the float. Leaky... too much hassle to return. Bought brass.
