Used between a Mikrotik switch and Qotom mini pc. Recognized with no issues and had full 10gb speeds. Works great, and good quality build for the looks of it.

Doing 10GbE these days is economical--if you know what pieces to buy. This is one of those. I was going to run a DAC, but then found this fiber cable at the great price. I didn't do performance testing with it yet, but did note ultra-fast response to other machines on my network also using 10GbE compared to the 2.5GbE-connected machines. 10GbE adapters for laptops are still quite expensive ($200-$300) and hard to find. I'm doing 10GbE via Thunderbolt 3 Networking on one of my laptops in lieu of one of the costly 19GbE adapters available. The ssnail's pace at which 10GbE is becoming affordable is appalline. I think they (whoever the powers that be are) really dropped the ball with 10GbE in this day of Thunderbolt 3 & 4, USB 4, and SSDs, the fitting networking companion MIA.

Even a 7G wireless connection didn't give a great speed between my lounge and my study. This cable was the next best thing. It works. I wish I was in a modern apartment that has this sort of stuff built into the walls.
