replaced the cheap plastic sprayer wand that came with a pump sprayer I bought. I just cut the line at the old sprayer and used the 1/4" barb attachment to attach to this one. works great with no leaksthe only problem with this sprayer is that it has poor balance. with it being 44" long and stainless steel it's quite heavy and all the weight is in front of the handle will strain your hand after using for a while. needs some weight behind the handle to balance it out

I used it one time with my back pack sprayer and the metal tube's just popped out of the fittings. I quickly grabbed the second wand and used it for 10min and it too popped out. It appears there is really nothing holding the wand tube into the fittings except for a small tiny amount of glue. It should have been a compression fit or welded.I own a pest control company and would not recommend this item.

So much better than the crappy plastic wands that come on most garden sprayers. I was able to salvage one sprayer with a bad plastic sprayer. This works very, very well. Comes with multiple fittings to adapt to different hoses. Need to make sure to use teflon tape on all conections and make sure they are tight. Really good buy.

Build quality is so so, lots of sharp edges on the metal and lots of left over flashing on the plastic, way better than the plastic one that it was replacing but that's a pretty low bar. The latch for locking accidentally engages if you are pointing it anywhere below the horizon, I ended up just taping it closed so it would stop happening. Spray nozzle is either mist or jet, very little in between so you can't really make a focused spray like others I've used. Overall it's a clear upgrade from a plastic one but it will take some modification to make it work well.

Ours didn't come with the teflon tape but that's OK we have plenty. The only thing I would advise is to make sure the handle is tight, got doused with weed killer. That's my fault, works great and hope it lasts a long time on our 10 acre farm.
Georgia on my mind.

Handle is robust and steel sections are screwed together with a seal. They are easy to remove for use in restricted areas. I like that it came through with different threaded adapters that I have used. The handle end is threaded to accept two different size hose end adapters. The steel pipe lengths are not as robust as I'd like, and most likely would bend if something was dropped or stepped on them, but with a little care, this should outlast two or three of my cheap plastic made sprayer handles.

The extension for the wand, won't stay in place. It fell off twice, so i laid it aside. China junk, no quality

Perhaps worst product I ever purchased on Amazon. On first use:- Where the long silver metal rod connects to the handle, there is a push fitting, with zero compression added by the threaded fitting. The weight of the metal rod and the pressure of the liquid chemical cause the metal rod to pop out after a few minutes of use. I pounded that back together but it will likely break again.- Then one of the yellow-handled hose compression devices broke. I replaced it and the brass fitting inserted into hose being squeezed by the clamp then broke in half.- Multiple breaks/fixes and it still looses pressure and chemical.JUNK!!!!!!
