I use this sanding system for sanding the inside of wood bowls that I turn. They are exceptional at removing fine lines fast from woodturning a bowl. Much better than sanding on the lathe. You can also use a low speed drill with these while turning at a slow speed. It works for both inside and outside.

It's OK. Not great but still useful for some things. Not great quality, the hook and loop isn't the strongest I've ever used. They are not perfectly shaped and don't spin true.

These work and last a long time. The pads can be stacked. Also, these are 2 inches wide just like the sandpaper you get. Other are oversized and cause marks in your workpiece.
