I have used spring expanders before . They give lift to weak coil springs . It is a cheaper alternative than replacing old coil springs . Be advised this product should not be used on a vehicle with struts . It is dangerous to use on struts . You could lose control of your steering .

Used on lowering springs on my e46. Wheels would rub on dips. But with these enough clearance to avoid that and still be low.Install took about 10mins with jack and wrench.
