This item is in new condition and does the job its supposed to. Great price for 3 to 4 pieces and the finish feels smoothe and looks great. It also locks in place the way its supposed to. I gave it a 4 star because when we got it, the package inside the envelope was opened, like it had been cut. I almost cut my finger on it. And a few of the pieces was out in the envelope it came in. I truly hope that one day very soon, that whoever packs the items, can look at the items pkge closer so the customer don't lose anything and we don't get hurt from it. Please look closer packers.
