Works as it should , the light is whiter . I have LEDs in my cluster so it matches a lil bit more . So not bothered by it .

Works as it should. Happy to have the back lighting of the switch back. It does light up a different color, as to be expected because it has LEDS to light it up. No worries here tho as all of my other instruments have been upgraded to LED.

Was originally upset when it came on because the buttons were grey and later when I installed it found the button letters illuminate white. I went and looked and neither color is advertised. Thats a problem because the rest of the illumination in my truck is an off white Tan-ish color and all of the interior plastics are black....I installed it anyways just to fix my issue and it's kind of grown on me since I happen to have another dash piece that also didn't have lighting colors advertised. I think I might just do every switch a different color lolAs for the switch itself it's flawless. All of the lights light up, and it is very responsive. Always does what I tell it to do.

Got this thanks to a YouTube video giving me the confidence that replacing the old one was a job I could do. Thanks YouTube. Where would DIY’ers be without that extraordinary resource? Removing the old one and installing this new one wasn’t trivial but it was pretty straightforward and didn’t require any special tools or risky steps that might damage the car. Popped off the front bracket of the dash, which was surprisingly easy, removed the old switch and replaced it with this, and everything went back together very easily. Now everything works just fine again. I am not out a lot of money and I have the satisfied feeling from having done something important and good and restored the function of wheel control.
