SIJDIEE 6 inch 25 holes sponge cushion buffer backing pad are soft, can improve the abrasive effect,

Excellent product. Attached to my velcro backed sander extremely well. Did not slip or slide once attached. Held on very securely, and also holds the sanding pads very securely. No hard edges and made sanding the roof of my truck very easy. Follows contours without digging into the underlying finish. Makes taking off just the sun damaged clear coat easy and quick. Was able to sand around 48 square feet to prepare for paint respray in less than four hours. Final finish came out fantastic.

I use these to prolong my sander pads. If the pad gets to hot they will melt and then there goes the sander. I haven't ever actually had that issue but I did inherit a sander with this problem and purchased a new pad for it but it didn't matter it was too late for it anyway. My last sander was many years old and the entire pad actually broke off. I purchased a new sander and I want to make sure it last long enough for this one to break off also lol.
