The 0-120dB alarm is good enough to be heard from different rooms, and I like that it has four adjustable levels. It can be set it lower for areas nearby and higher for places like the basement. It picks up leaks almost instantly, it can be standing water or just a small drip. I tested it near my sink and laundry area, and it detected water right away.This is a huge plus. Some other detectors I looked at weren’t as well-sealed.The installation is extremely easy, just place it where needed. It’s compact, so it fits well under sinks, near the washing machine, and in the basement.Overall, is a great choice. It's simple. The alarm is adjustable which is an excellent feature. If you want something easy, this is a great buy.

Very impressed, super easy set up and connects easily. It detects even the smallest leaks. The alarm is loud so that protection level is excellent. Functional in my home as we often have leaks in the kitchen

This device has been a lifesaver! Used it to scam over a home was considering purchasing. I was in such shock how many water leaks were detected in the property!! Just from looking you would never know. Very easy to setup and use!

The warning sound, even at its loudest setting, does not carry from my basement to the living quarters of my small ranch house. Batteries are brand new.
