Agoal 5000W spot welder is suitable for electronic components of mobile phone and replacement of small battery board, great for welding 18650/ 26650/ 32650 battery packs and iron/ stainless steel sheets.
It can also be used for short circuit/fault detection of mobile phone or computer.
( Note: Will not spot weld 0.2 nickel strips. )
Precision Welding
Place the two soldering pens on the nickel sheet, then hold the foot switch until the red light flashes 3 times.
The current output flows once, the welding is completed.

Garbage. A 9 volt battery has more power. Cranked all the way up you get a little popcorn spark. Hardly enough to darken the ribbon much less penetrate anything. Tried all different angles made sure it was fully charged internally. Its just a paperweight!

it functioned, but just barelyI was using this to try to rebuild power tool batteries. Doesn’t quite have enough power to weld nickel strips.I was forced to use thinner, nickel strips, so that I was able to create an arc that would hold.I ended up buying a better grade.It might work for other projects, it really didn’t work for me

For the price it’s very easy and effective to use the foot paddle ads more convenience it’s power full for the spot welding I am doing and real good quality

I was not expecting the quality or longevity of this device. On a 4sx40p battery build it did the whole thing in one go without recharging and with good solid spot welds (gear 4, 2 second delay). I used 0.1mm nickel strips. It still reads 100% battery.

Stay well clear it burned out when tried to charged, looked in side said unit.To say it it was badly made would be putting it mildly!!
