BEAUKAU 5N11 Filter for Respirator Used with 6001 Filter Cartridges against Dust, Particles, Pollen
The 5N11 Filter helps provide respiratory protection in environments containing certain non-oil based particle. When properly fitted, use with appropriate cartridges for various applications including spray painting, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing.
Widely Used in Woodworking, Painting, Cleaning,Chipping, Chiseling, Grinding, Laboratories, Furnace Operations, Machining,Masonary, Sanding, Sawing, UV Protection, Pouring/Casting, Welding.
filter cannot produce oxygen, and do not use it when the oxygen concentration is lower than 19.5%. It is recommended to use it in the environment containing some non oil-based particles. The effective filtration ≥ 95%.
Compatibility
It need to be used with 6001 filter cartridges, 501 filter retainer cover.
5n11 filter Resist Non-Oily Particles, can be used with 5p71 6001-6006 cartridges, Fits 6200/7502/6800 respirator.

It depends on the particles you breathe. If the filter is dirty or wet or you feel increased breathing resistance, replace the filter cotton immediately.

I wear a full respirator when I sand walls and ceilings. The full face keep the dust out of my eyes as well as my nose. I swap out these when I finish a section. At break time I blow them out with air. They last a long time and really only need to be tossed when they get wet or if you spray paint. That's usually it for my pre-filters.Fit is good.
