I like the fan, quite and the lights are BRIGHTThe only draw back I have is the App for this fan is horrible, been trying for 2 days to pair it up, so far no good. The remote works good, but I bought this because it had an app........ which as of now has failed

Was very excited to get this installed this weekend because my mother in law's fan stopped working. I installed it for her and it wasn't the easiest installation ever, but not horrible. Got it working on first try. Instructions were very good, and I'm picky about those. But the noise, turned it on and there's this intermittent scraping sound as one of the blades passes each time... scrape scrape scrape. Not good. Everything worked fine, but that noise is a deal breaker for me. I ever tried the balancing kit that came with it. No use. I would not recommend.

I am not an electrician and have never installed any electrical appliances, but it only took me 15 minutes to install this fan from unpacking to putting it on. I will buy 4 more to replace the old fans. Highly recommended! ! !
