The anchors were a pos and would not hold. I had to purchase bigger anchors which made me drill the holes out larger. Drilling through stainless steel was a nightmare had to keep oiling the drill bit and take my time. Took about an hour per hole.

Our elderly parents love the handrail. They need help in and out of the pool and have found it easy to use. The cover over the handrail helps keep the temperature safe to the touch. The negative about this is the drill bit that came with the handrail. It only worked to drill 1 hole before it was no good. If the drill bit was better or more was included then this would be a 5 âï¸ product.

My husband installed this and it works great but we’re starting to see signs of mild rust. This is supposed to be high grade stainless that should not rust so we question the steel quality. It is made in China so we’ll never really know.I’ll update in 6 months and see if it’s gotten worse.

Pole/hand rail had deep scratches and the final polished finish was uneven. Also the delivery was late and delayed twice. When it finally arrived the box was in bad shape and that may have caused the deep damage/scratches to the rail.

We wanted to add a railing for our in-ground pool, and this worked great. I can't speak to installation because I did not install it, but you definitely need a good, strong drill and concrete drill bits to install it. It is very sturdy and looks great!

Looks awesome, I have a salt water pool and after 4 weeks it looks like the day I put it in. Not all are created equal, bought another brand and it looks like crap after one week even though they stated it was stainless. Buy this one
