These cut nice clean threads into cherry wood in my case. But I'm glad I practiced on scrap first as once it started to cut, it cut aggressively

I have traditionally used greenlee or Klein and these are definitely stronger and don't break as easily but I'd say the down side is the threads don't come out as clean. But id buy again

I've tapped countless holes/threads with these and have yet to break one. I've broken quite a few "higher quality" and more expensive combination bits by comparison. I wish more were made like these! I'm very happy with my purchase.

Used with a 18v drill with the clutch settingvery low, drilling slowly and the bit snapped in just a few seconds. Ruined what I was working in.

Easy to use with a drill. It was used for cleaning J-box screw holes so that wall face plates were easily installed. With out the tap screws we’re getting stripped.
