A simple item -- a file handle. It screws on to the tank of an *" file. Secure and safer than no handlee.Five stars, would recommend. Will purchase again when/if the need arises.

I have been looking for wood handles for my files and rasps, and these fit the bill perfectly. These screwed onto the files snuggly and have held great. I would definitely purchase again.

Excellent handle, the quality was very good. My only issue was not on the part of the handle itself, just that the thread was a little to small for my 6 inch file and it only threaded onto the very end of the tang to my file but the handle itself is of good quality.

My favorite brand and type of file handles. I think it was about 12 years ago, I bought assorted new file handles for my files. Some assorted plastic handles and a couple Link screw type. They have held up great to a decade or more of daily use. The plastic ones are beginning to crack and break apart, so I am replacing them all with Link handles. (I am placing the review for all sizes)

Put this on a 6" Checkering file and it works great and is comfortable in your hand.

Bought this to attach permanently to a rasp. Works great, is comfortable and holds tight on the tang.
