The swinging mechanism is a little wonky. Not sure if that's because it was broken on the joint or not. I do like the aesthetic of the wood exterior.

I guess I was hoping for more craftsmanship than what I received but I guess for the price this is acceptable, I’m not sure. I’ve been wanting one of these for awhile now and was excited to see that it came with its own spoon. I like the color and that it is made from wood but I can see the glue used on the inside and that bums me out. I hope it’s food safe to use glue. I would have felt better if this had been made from a single piece of wood and carved out but maybe that wasn’t possible.
