I’d considered getting the neoprene sleeve for flexibility, but after talking with a rep from Foredom and understanding how limited those are due to the hard INNER shaft, I decided to go with this one instead. The added length adds to the flexibility better than neoprene, and in fact I’m able to work in several positions I couldn’t before with the stock sized flex shaft. As with everything Foredom makes or puts their branding on, top notch across the board. Customer service, product quality, etc. 9/10

A friend had a Foredom massager that stopped working due to the inner shaft breaking after many years of use. After a little research, I was able to identify the replacement part from Foredom website and talking to a service representative. They have videos on how to replace the shaft parts. It took me 10 minutes to replace the broken part and it worked flawlessly. Foredom supports their equipment and has expert service department. Their equipment and parts are durable and quality material. Thanks. Doug
