2/21/2025 I just received this product and am very please with. I took a chance of a name brand I had never heard of. Amazon has amazing return policies so I wasn't worried. As it turns out this is a great mixer! My old mixer had long since lost the power to fully blend and/or mixed the foods the way I needed it. My brother likes his mashed potatoes very smooth/whipped. I was amazded how fast and efficient this mixer is. What I really like it is one larger mixer tool nstead of two small ones. Also its reasonably quiet and does the job faster than any other mixer I 've eever owned. And it's very addtractive.Most of my small appliances are either blck, black and silver/stainless steel or stainless steel. This is mixer is a combinaion of black and stainless steel. I comes with a really nice sized stainless steel bown, with two large beaters(one for mixing dough.I absolutely love it. The base of this mixer is sturdy and easy to manuever the mixer and bowl. Now you may want to hear this... This beauitful, nice sized, multi-functional mixer is under $100.00!

Horrible. Wouldn't mix basic dough on very first use. Weak, non working motor. Never used a worse mixer. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. My cheap mixer worked 1000000 times better. To add, details say it's all stainless steal, it's not. Now I have to return this huge thing and wait for another mixer all over again. I've never been so disappointed in a product.

I have never had a mixer that the bowl stayed stationary, so it is a bit different than I'm used to. The top of the mixer covers almost the entire area of the bowl so you can't really see what is going on and the hole to add ingredients is very small (3" x 1") and without any kind of chute. It is also so close to the top of the mixer that you run into the mixer when trying to add anything. I looked for a replacement top that has a chute, but they are all too big. This bowl is only 7.75" and the smallest I found was 8.2". The bowl is also shaped like a cauldron with the top being smaller than the middle of the bowl. This makes it a bit difficult to scrape the sides of the bowl. And don't even try to use the included spatula. It is a very hard plastic and doesn't conform to the side of the bowl at all. It mixed both cookies and a cake easily, although it is very loud. The attachments are metal and well made.
